Demeter school is an open school during the Demeter exhibition period.
Takashi Serizawa, General Director of Demeter will guide the 6 sessions.
The contents of curriculum will be full of surprises such as related
topics to Caf Talk by Tadashi Kawamata and others, and Ryuta Imafuku,
a professor at Sapporo Universityﾕs lecture, ﾒBreaking a Sealed
Spellﾓ and others.The
curriculum will break through the closed system in various ways.

Mr. Shibata of the director of S-AIR (Executive Committee of Sapporo
Artist-in-Residence) were invited as a guest to talk with Mr.
Takashi Serizawa, the General Director of Demeter on the theme
of “Contemporary Art in Life Style” regarding how support
staff members work in Demeter.
S-Air (Sapporo Artist in Residence Executive Committee)…
A non-profit organization that invites contemporary artists from
overseas for a certain period of time. S-Air provides artists
with studios, housings, opportunities to create artworks and exhibit.
